WHEN WE SHIP Your order will be shipped no later than 5 business days after it is received. We ship orders once a week, normally on Friday. Most orders are shipped via United States Post Office Priority Mail; some are shipped via UPS.

If you request overnight shipping, your order will be shipped via DHL, BUT it may not be shipped the same day you place the order. Please call us at

US SHIPPING RATES Our US shipping rates are flat, per order: $5 standard shipping, $25 for overnight delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES We charge the actual shipping rate for international orders. This amount will be added to your product order total.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES Your credit card charge will reference "The Long Term Care Learning Institute".
We charge your credit card and send you via e-mail a receipt of the charge when your order is being packed for shipment.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of the products and information sold at this site, we are unable to offer returns and refunds* (with the exception of PR Intensives - see below*). All sales are final.
